It’s about time Mr Radebe enforced the merit/demerit system. Many people in fancy cars speed because they are easily able to pay the fine. Others simply contest the fine, and I am sure many people get away with it. The new system will make drivers think twice as to whether or not the their misdemeaners are worth the risk of losing their licences , or even their cars. Let us hope this new step forward will allow for a safer future on our roads.
